This just made my day!

So fun to find out that the winery ecommerce site we created for Black Market Wine Company was recognized by a New York winery branding company as one of the Best Winery Website Designs of 2015!

It was great working with Rob Hammersley and Michelle Shewchuk to create their ecommerce site! The best clients! And now that the secret is out, I am sure you will find out that the wine rocks! Also wanted to say kudos to Bernie Hadley-Beau for the gorgeous branding he created- it made it so easy for us to design the website!

Today we’re sharing our 10 favorite website designs of wineries in Canada to examine current best practices in the wine web design space. Generally, we chose sites that made us want to taste the winery’s wine: those whose websites to tell a compelling story about their wines and brands, using high quality visuals. On the technical side, many of the sites are mobile friendly
, provide both technical and general information, encourage people to visit their tasting rooms, sign up for their mailing list, encourage people to join their wine clubs, and more.
