Building a Better World by Giving Back

Giving back reflects our values as a company.  We’re passionate about having a purpose and the success that we have enjoyed compels us to give back.  We really want to make a difference in people’s lives.

Cindy donates a minimum of 2 percent of profits and/or time for progressive nonprofits such as YWCAArts Umbrella and Union Gospel Mission. She volunteers her time, shares her business knowledge and expertise and donates in-kind services to a variety of professional and charitable organizations.

Cindy has been a long time supporter and a mentor for Women in Leadership Foundation and was a mentor  for the Vancouver Board of Trade’s Leaders of Tomorrow program.  She enjoys mentoring future women business leaders in organizations that support education, mentorship, passion, self-discipline, pride and inspiration.

At Urban Impact, Cindy and a team worked with South Surrey Rotary Club to help the organization raise $15,000 via three Community Shred Days to purchase a PADS puppy for Sophie’s Place.

Cindy has helped select Business In Vancouver’s Top 40 Under 40, and been a panelist judge for the BC Legal Marketing Association Honouring Excellence in Legal (HELM) Marketing Awards.  Cindy is an active member of Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE), Recycling Council of BC, and the Vancouver Board of Trade.

Cindy was selected to act as an executive coach for a start-up SaaS enterprise solution company for SFU Time Centre’s BC Technology Business Mentorship Program, and New Ventures British Columbia.
