After gaining B2B experience as a Marketing Director at global accounting firms KPMG and Deloitte, Cindy formulated her vision of creating an agency to help companies strategize, exploit new business opportunities and gain maximum value from their brands.

Cindy helps wineries stay customer focused; create a great experience for the consumer and build relationships, long after the customer leaves the winery. She also helps wineries leverage Social Media to build brand ambassadors.
Cindy’s winery clients include Bordertown Vineyards Estate Winery, BC Wine Studio (Siren’s Call and The Escapist), Clos du Soleil, Stag’s Hollow Winery, Black Market Wine Co.,Seaside Pearl Farmgate Winery and Chateau Nakad (Lebanon). Cindy has created online marketing collateral for BlackSquare, a leader in ecommerce for the global wine and spirits industry. She has also advised Checkfront, an online booking system that allows businesses, including a large portfolio of Napa wineries manage their inventories, centralize reservations, and process payments.
Cindy works with B2B clients in industries such as recycling, environmental technologies, and HVAC. She’s also worked with professional services firms (accounting, law and engineering) and financial services organizations. Pact and present clients include Deloitte, Methanex, Westview Executive Search, HVAC Systems, and Urban Impact Recycling.

Cindy has consistently demonstrated an ability to drive revenue and gain market share in very competitive environments. Cindy has deep experience in business strategy, strategic marketing, demand generation, new product development, and creating winning proposals and sales presentations. She has an extensive knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Prior to starting Cindy Ferrie Consulting, Cindy worked as Area Marketing Director, British Columbia with KPMG. Cindy advised the Firm’s senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives and managed all of the Firm’s lead generation and lead management, advertising, Internet marketing, branding, PR, sponsorships and events. She previously held a variety of senior senior marketing, team leadership and business development positions for at KPMG, Deloitte and Klohn-Krippen.
Cindy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University and has completed the Executive Scholar’s Program in Sales and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management.
Fuelled by a love of travel, Cindy’s wine travels have led her throughout leading wine regions including Tuscany, Napa, Australia, France, Argentina, and the Okanagan. Cindy loves to tweet and blog enlightening ideas about wine marketing @cindyferrie.
When she does not have her nose in a glass of wine, Cindy’s guilty pleasures include jumping her horse, playing tennis, skiing or lurking around book stores in Vancouver.
