Cindy fostered the growth of Urban Impact’s sales team, building their experience and guiding them to become better sales professionals. Cindy helped the sales team to succeed by focusing their efforts on the company’s market segments ensuring they were well-briefed and prepared for customer calls. She developed and implemented sales and marketing systems and processes including proposal bid analysis, quarterly sales plans and proposal pursuit methodologies.
